Dog Therapy

Life’s shit right now.  (Yes, we can swear here, Lucy.)  My Mum’s very ill and there’s nothing I can do to make it better other than be here for her.

Tonight we sat and looked through photos on my Dad’s computer.  Found these ones of Rosie from a day out at Balmedie beach and the games night that followed.  They made me smile.

Dogs are wonderful.

  12. So sorry to hear about your mum Wendy, it’s really, really hard when someone you love is ill. I hope you know that, while you don’t feel like you’re doing much, being with her, spending time with her is *exactly* what she needs from you.

And pets are a gorgeous, wonderful respite from the troubles of the world. I *love* that picture of rosie watching you all play Trivial Pursuit. She really does want to join in.

Take care of yourself as well Wendy, during this difficult time.
