Shuhalee – Abosolutley nothing at all. This was a speedily prepared lunch for me so I used a pre-cooked salmon fillet.

I can’t wait for spring! This looks lovely and although I love the big hearty meals we have in winter, I think as soon as we get a sunny day, this will be on the lunch menu!
